Ok, I'd like to make a better coach file than the one I currently host on my site. What I would like is some feedback on what kind of ratings you people think the coaches should have? I will only be doing the higher prestige coaches (sorry all you Alcorn State fans!).
The hardest of the four ratings would no doubt be the scouting, but I'll likely just set it high for all of them. In regards to recruiting, think of how often the coach brings in blue-chipper recruits, as compared to how often he develops lesser players in to big time stars.
Also of interest would be your take on the coaches 'styles'. Does the coach press a lot? What sort of D does he normally play? All this stuff can be included in the coaches file.
