I wish I understood this game. Got a 77 NSI- 7 higher than old record, with best ever midfield.

Used same players, same formation, even lost a starter to injury replaced by a 2 star twit in midfield. Didn't MOTS or anything. Just don't get it.

Actually, the news for this week is that I've managed to stay put in div VI after being promoted last season. The guy in 7th had to win all three remaining games to stand a chance, and he lost 3-0 yesterday... :)Congrats, that's great news!

I won with a PIC 66, only passable midfield, but the biggest news in my series was the #2 team getting a draw against the #5 team, giving me a 3 points lead at the top of the standings. With my +34 goal differential to his +18, the magic number is now 1. Pretty much any combination of a win on my part or a loss on his part will give me the league championship. Current cutoff line for autopromotion is set at 31 points and I'm currently seeded as #48 and the top 32 will autopromote. I was seeded at #54 before this week's win (#32 at 29 points, me at 26), so I'm moving on up...

Everything's in my hands from now on. Win it all to win the league and possibly autopromote, or at the worst, get a qualifier. A qualifier wouldn't be all bad, as it means extra training and a chance to see if I could cut it in III...

Oh and in other news, this week's league game meant three experience pops for my guys, one very important to my coach trainee, who now has the solid experience needed to make him a solid coach with passable leadership :) Now I just have to wait for his one season anniversary, which I think will happen in week 13, and find some money to convert him...
