I always remember as a child, my Grandmother making steamed puddings. A large saucepan on the stove, and a muslin cover over the top of a pudding basin containing her secret recipe standing in the boiling water. Now you can enjoy the same great taste using only your microwave. All you need is little cold water, and your Green’s Spotted Dick Pudding will ready in about 2 minutes.
