Couple Questions

Just got the game 2 days ago. I'm curious about a few things.

1)Even though I consistently get a 100 for roster strength on the franchise value screen, I've never broke more than 65/100 for roster strength on the end of season screen.

2) On the draft screens, are the current and future value scores delivered by your acouting staff? Or are they just general ratings which appear regardless of scouting staff?

#1 - I think the ratings in-season are relative. By this I mean the best team in the league is automatically 100, and all others are compared against that. The end of season ratings are probably on a fixed 100 point scale.

#2 - those are your scouts views.
