FBCB Question

Hey Guys...I am a frequent vistor to the site, but rarely post. I have question about the FBCB game. After reading many of the dynasty threads I thought I would give the 3-day trial version a try. So far I love it! I took over the lowly Eastern Kentucky squad and started out with a rating of "10". I chose this rating based on the facts that I had now idea about the game. So far I just have one concern and a couple of questions for the FBCB veterans. As you can see in the stats below I have won 3 consecutive Coach of the Conferance awards, but I have a combined conference record of 14-44 in that time period and I schedule the easiest non-conference games I can because my team is really, really bad. Even though I have won the awards I have yet to receive a job offer. My question is what qualifies me to win the Coaches award and what do I have to do to get a job offer?

The conference coach of the year award was focusing too much on overall record. I went back and adjusted it so that it will focus more on the conference record instead.

To get job offers you'll most likely need to be more successful with your conference record.

Ragesmith, if that kind of quick response from the guy who writes the game doesn't cause you to go ahead and buy it, I don't know what will. :)

No doubts I am buying the game and thank you very much for the quick response. I probably would have bought the game without the trial, but I purchased Tournament Dreams College basketball when it first came out and I don't think I played it more than an hour before I had had enough. Even though I have gone back and played a little more since all the patches came out. Again, thanks for the quick answer and I look forward to playing the game more.

I don't know about that. That one took him 2.5 hours. He's getting slower. Before he would answer questions before we'd ask them. Things are clearly going downhill. ;)
