View Full Version : NCAA to ban "Groupie" sex at CU.
When I heard that the CU football program was offering "sex" as favors to recruits I naturally assumed that they were talking about Pros(Hookers, Call Girls, or Prostitutes). But, after the recent ESPN interview of one of CUs potential recruits it turns out they are just talking about football groupies.
How, or Why the NCAA is going to ban groupies is beyond me. Groupies have been around longer than Christianity and they will be around long after the NCAA has crumbled into dust.
I am sure ESPN and the NCAA think there is some Women-libers story here, but there is not thing one they can do about it; short of some sort of chastity-belt contraption. It will look good on papers for all those Politically Correct wannabes to be covering this type of story but aren't most ESPN reporters themselves just ex-groupies?

Oh...I thought you were talking about "Group" sex. That's pretty much college staple also :) Especially for the feminists.

Groupies are everywhere. Lacrosse, basketball, rugby, possibly fencing. You name it, women will have sex over it.

Yeah, but OG groupies tend to be big ol' gals that have alfredo sauce running through their veins....

Beggar's can't be chooser's. If ya wanted good looking sluts...I mean, uhhh, groupies without an Italian sauce pumping through their veins, you should have played college football.

You'd be more inclined to experiment with Lebron James than the Cleveland equipment guy...
This thing happens at all big time colleges across the country, I wonder when they are going to catch the whole SEC?

As a former fencer, let me tell you, there are no fencing groupies. Although it IS pretty cool and an additional way to impress the womenfolk.

I'm pretty sure we're not doing it here at KU, for football, anyways. If we've been doing it for football, yeesh- just stop already and play by the rules. They just aren't choosing the right girls or something ;)

Actually, I remember when I was up at orientation, a bunch of the girls were falling all over some of the upperclassmen who were showing people around and I don't even know if they were athletes, but I'm pretty sure I knew how a lot of them spent their night.

No he chose Miami because alot of reasons the main one being playing with family (S.Moss) , being close to home, and playing time. The latter he got alot of his first year but injuries held him back his second year. Also I think he did it just to piss me off cause I was the main one in his ear telling him to go to the Good guys ;)
