Was wondering if anyone else saw this program. I thought it was one of the best hours of television I had seen in a real long time. As someone who works with children there was so much truth in the children's and adults' actions. An extreme case, for sure, not not unimaginable.
Awesome episode...awesome show.Too bad it is on too late for kids to have seen it.

just caught it on the west coast Direct TV.....incredible. What a spectacular climax. the song choice was great, great directing, great editing...great choices. Rare to tear up at a regular network tv drama.

Great show.
I've given up on ER, and become a full-time W/OATer. It was a sobering episode, but it's nice to see a living person at the end of the show. The first three or four episodes I watched ended with dead people.
Another show I enjoy now and then is Cold Case.

ok, fair enough.
I thought maybe I was missing an option there or something.

Both Without a Trace and Cold Case are shows I know I would like, but I just can't commit to watching that much network TV. I've got too much sports to watch and web surfing to do. American Idol is killing me right now - I keep watching (my wife would be watching anyway), but I really only want to spend an hour on Law & Order on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. And on Thursdays, it's CSI. That's about my self-imposed limit.

What!?? You are not watching Life With Bonnie?

NO. Although I've been forced to watch it when visiting relatives, and compared to the drivel on around it (that Hope and Faith show, or the George "my head is physically too large for my body to support once I turn 50" Lopez show), it's actually not half-bad. Still, I haven't felt compelled to watch it when I'm in control of the remote.

You're not missing much, but something tells me you already knew that.
I've got you pegged anyway...rather than watch TV, you sit in your room and memorize old movie lines so that you can quote them on a moment's notice. And really, that's more productive than watching 90% of what's on network TV.

I'm a stickler too. Self mutilation is not unheard of if I do poorly on my weekly movie quote exams...
Actually I can't get into many network shows at all. Survivor is really the only show I'll catch consistently. Mostly I'll watch sports, Seinfeld reruns, WPT or the Food Network(ok so what if I like Jamie Oliver)...never seen CSI and I carry that as a kind of badge of honor. Everyone watches it so I'm not...it's a quest...

I was a big CSI fan from the start, but only because I used to watch that Forensic Files show on one of the cable channels, that was basically a true-life version of what CSI became. In fact, not only did they steal the idea, but I've even seen a few similar story lines. Ironically, I've never watched CSI:Miami, partly because of my self-imposed limits, but mostly because of David Caruso.
I find CSI has been horrible this season and the back half of last season.Did they lose some writers or something?
