Yes, yes, the obligatory biweekly computer buying question. I checked around some places at lunch today, and I'm leaning towards buying the machine below for $700 after work, but wanted to get some feedback before i pull the trigger.
basically, my current machine, a dell, has just about had it after 4+ years and can barely multitask at all anymore without slowing to a crawl. i don't do much with high-end video gaming, as i stick to text gaming, and other than the basic MS office usages and bookkeeping junk, i'm just looking for a stable maching for simple gaming, music/mp3/cd creation, and the like. i don't need a new monitor, printer, yada, and i'm looking to keep costs below a grand.
