If memory serves, the Winnipeg Jets became the Phoenix Coyotes.

Yeah, Winnipeg is building a new arena in the hopes of getting a new team up there. They're thinking once the Penguins finally kick the bucket, it might happen.

'course there won't be an NHL..but if there was.
