I think the title says it all. Warning - although this is some sort of legit medical center website, you might want to be careful with the link to this particular story. This appears to be some sort of case study.

Accidental condom inhalation.
Arya CL, Gupta R, Arora VK.
Jaswant Rai Speciality Hospital, Meerut, India.
A 27-year-old lady presented with persistent cough, sputum and fever for the preceding six months. Inspite of trials with antibiotics and anti-tuberculosis treatment for the preceeding four months, her symptoms did not improve. A subsequent chest radiograph showed non-homogeneous collapse-consolidation of right upper lobe. Videobronchoscopy revealed an inverted bag like structure in right upper lobe bronchus and rigid bronchoscopic removal with biopsy forceps confirmed the presence of a condom. Detailed retrospective history also confirmed accidental inhalation of the condom during fellatio.

You put the condom on, you swallow the pill. Not the other way around.

So many questions....
1. A condom during fellatio??? Why even bother???
2. "Inhalation???" That means it went through the trachea and not the esphogus (sp?), correct??? How the HECK did that happen???!!!
3. Six months??? She's been coughing up mucus and running a fever for six months and never bothered to say, "Hey doc, there was this one time that I inhaled a condom, and it never came out. Think that might be a problem???"
4. Maybe this is related to number one, but how much force did she have to be exerting to inhale that sucker accidentally???
I'll stop there...

1. You can't be too careful these days...
2 & 4. Where does she live? You think she'd be interested in a few drinks some night?

Some people aren't that bright. Perhaps when he saw the label and it said "ribbed for her pleasure" he insisted...

you sexist pig. :)OK. Seriously (at some risk...), if he truly loved this woman and wasn't cheating on her, where's the risk? On the other hand, if this was just a fling, why does he care? I'm thinking if she insisted on a condom, he'd say, "Why bother?"
Am I missing something?

Maybe she was filming an adult movie. I've heard that some companies are pretty careful these days and insist on their "actors" using condoms for pretty much everything. Maybe that's also why she didn't volunteer the information.

Also SkyDog, keep in mind this took place in India.
Not known as the most hygienic place in the world... (no offense meant to Indians on the board...)

Not known as the most hygienic place in the world... (no offense meant to Indians on the board...)Hygenic or unhygenic, is it not reasonable to assume that a 27-year-old woman would have the common sense to realize that MAYBE a rubber in the windpipe might be related to her problem??? :p

SkyDog - there are women out there who will not do it without a condom. Mostly because they don't want to suffer the sudden splash.
Whats the point for the guy? Head with a condom still beats whacking off in the shower.

Head with a condom still beats whacking off in the shower.OK. Not that I condone casual sexual contact, but just speaking from a purely pragmatic standpoint, I was confused. I can live with that answer.
#'s 2,3 and 4 still have me a bit puzzled, though.
Glad to see this gettin alot of replys....

Ever hear the phrases "Chrome off a Trailer Hitch" or "Golf Ball Through a Garden Hose"?

Hey! Watch your insinuations, buddy! I don't recall what channel, but the wife and I saw some kind of "report" on the blossoming "couples adult videos" market, and the fact that some companies, in addition to making more romantic soft-core porn, were having them use condoms as well to promote safe sex.

I keep picturing Leslie Neilsen and Pricilla Presley in full body condoms...
