poor coaches effect on TS?

I have a passable/poor coach and a sympathic/solid semi-clown.
My question is, is it even worth pic'ing my cup matches? I would think my TS wouldnt stay high enough between matches. Anyone else have a similar set up? I am curious of how long you your TS stays high after a pic.

Yes, you should PIC throughout the Cup, as it works very well. PICing after the cup, not so much.

As bad as Poor Leadership coaches suck, it's still worth it to PIC through the Cup. Like NAIWF says, after the Cup, not really worth it unless it's a game you absolutely know you're gonna win.

I agree with what's been said so far and don't forget that your PIC on Wednesday is only 4 updates away from your Sunday game, compared to a PIC on a Sunday after the Cup, which is 7 updates from your next competitive game. Not too sure about it, but I'd guess that even a poor leadership coach can keep a tiny bit of a TS upgrade over 4 updates...

well, i guess ill pic my first cup match and just see. i should still win pretty easily.

and i should have a solid/passible coach here as soon as my future coach pops to solid experience. stupid random experience jumps :)

Im so glad i have a solid coach with passable leadership now. Last season with a solid/poor was brutal.....
