quick question

I'm making a guy a new coach.. right now.. I've had a defensive coach for years now.. was thinking to go down the middle road with neither O nor D.. thoughts?

(i have 2 stud strikers.. no need for an offensive coach)
(my D has been the staple of my team for a while now with the old coach even though my defenders are not that great)
