Just a quick note: my site has been redone and redesigned completely, with updated news about upcoming products and the like. Just letting people know who may be interested (those who may have liked Coliseum or any of my other stuff when I posted last about them). Please let me know if anyone has technical problems with the site too.

Also, i'm starting a Stormcloud newsletter sign-up as well, which will contain inside news, sneak peeks at upcoming stuff, polls for feature additions, special discount offers and even possibly game giveaways reserved for newsletter members. E-mails will not be sold to any other company and will be strictly used for Stormcloud news ONLY, so don't worry. :) Sign-up is quick and easy on our Contact page.

Thanks!

If you want some feedback - the front page takes entirely too long to load (11 seconds)...I am on a burstable T1 here at work (with very little activity)...

it wasn't that bad for me. Took a shade over 7 seconds on my cable modem. Design looks really nice and crisp

Thanks....takes about 5 seconds or so with my cable modem, which i've found to be about average so far. 11 seconds is unusual, though my host reported some slowdown today for whatever reason, so it should be better now.

Only thing I suggest is getting away from the ezboards. There are plenty of free boards to use and they'd maky you look a lot better.

Edit: Free as in phpBB or something like that. Not a free hosted one.

phpBB tends to be a bit of a pain to set up, and has to be set up on your own server, which can bring other headaches with it.

Still, you may be right. I may try out a phpBB or other "slicker" board soon.

I went ahead and put in a placeholder page and removed the ezboard. I'll maybe either go with phpBB or try to integrate some type of php board in with the that page to give it a more uniform look.

Just a note: I've made some internal changes to the site, so I wanted to bump this up so people could try it out, and make sure it works.

Also: if you wish, feel free to sign up for our little newsletter. It will contain inside info and early tidbits available nowhere else! You can vote and participate in polls about game features, get special deals and discounts, even occasional free game giveaways to members. Those who may have signed up here before, feel free to sign up again (the code for this was rewritten because I may not have been getting the signups properly, and Outlook crashed and trashed some of the addresses...grrr), so I can make sure to get you on there.

Since i'm basically going back out onto my own in the self-publishing world, i'm using this to measure potential future interest in my products, so please sign up if you even enjoyed any of our past products a little.

For the paranoid among you: NO HTML or obnoxious stuff, pure text only, and no flooding your e-mail box or selling your addresses to anyone.

Thanks!

It seemed to take forever for the front page to load up on my dial-up account. I mean minutes, not seconds.
