I am thinking about starting out a school like Texas A&M and building the program into my fun and gun philosophy. However, I would like to have a saftey net if I get fired. So my question is, if I am fired from my position, will anothe school come knocking or is that career done?

The game will continue without you. It's exactly like CM in that way. Then you can choose which jobs you'd like to take from the ones that get offered to you. You can even wait a few years. Keep in mind, no one wants to hire the coach that ran A&M into the ground, so your choices will be limited.

If I'm not mistaken, you will always get at least 1 job offer though.

is a new FBCB in the works? Been wanting to get FBCB but could wait if FBCB 2 is due within a half year or so.

No, a new version of FBB is in works, I think. But FBCB is still going pretty strong. HR supports this version so well I don't expect a new one out for a while.

A&M basketball is already run to the ground. Here is my ideas:

*Depth, depth, depth - I am planning on running 10-12 guys on the court.
*Pace - We are going to throw up shots left and right
*Motion - We are going to run people into the ground
*Defense - I am going to run a high pressured defense looking to force turnovers left and right and win games in transition.

It is time to see how deep strategy can go in this game. I wish it had some features where I could I say I want my SF to shoot more than my C. I do not think there is though.

Is that no in terms of a new version is in the works? or no, a new version is not in work the works? If the first, when is the expected "date"?

Don't expect a new FBCB anytime in the near future. I'm not HR, but since the new pro games looks like it will be Summer '04, it's hard to imagine FBCB2 would be out before 2005.

A new version of Fastbreak Basketball is in the works, however its a sequel to HR's "Pro" basketball series, not college basketball like FBCB is.

And it'll be some time before the pro game to be released, from what I hear.
