And, yes, the title is missing a word. It is called economy of effort.
or a miss on a quick entry without reviewing it.

You mind sharing any insight on this? Is your default Goal line defense up really high?

It may be a tainted victory. That would be a let down. I am waiting to see if his export file was received, and if not, I cannot claim sweet victory.

Dadgummit. I'm not sure what happened, but both my offensive and defensive game plans are the same as last week. I sent a new one in this morning, which I just confirmed by looking in my "Sent Items" folder. I was much more geared up to stop the pass against you than against HFP. I've sent the commish a PM. At this point, I don't know what happened.
All that being said, I *hate* turnovers! You outgained us by 9 measly yards and won by 17 points. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Is there any way to replay? I don't want any gimmes.

I'd wait until we hear back from VPI. It could have been a simple oversight, but all I know for sure is that this isn't the game plan I sent in.

Sounds like a new hit single in the making.

I've noticed that if you create an export and then make a change and re-export it still uses the first export. If look at the export file it will be twice as big. I think there might be a bug there.
Is it possible you hit the export button more than once (the first time before making major changes?)

Hollow victory. Not really. I didn't change my lineups around, just my game plan....and we all know that game plans don't matter, right??? ;)

This is interesting!!! I know I've gone through and done some quick changes and exported in case I didn't have time to fully tweak like I would normally do. Then, since I did have the time, I went back and did some more thorough tweaking. If this is the case, then perhaps we can test it with the next FA export.
The test would be:
Submit a minsal offer to an absolute scrub player, one you don't care if he never re-signs with you. Then export. Close the game and come back in. Make a minsal offer to a different scrub player and export. Email file to VPI. See which scrub got signed.

I can confirm that the export file grows with each export (just sit there and hit export a couple of times and watch the file grow bigger). I have not tested what happens on the import end yet. Maybe tomorrow with my work league.

I believe it really screws up if you fix your game plan, then export....then before you close up, you go in and change some more stuff, then export, then still arent finished, and you havent closed the program, and you do something else, then export. And then close. This just makes so much sense to me, and would explain why my WIGFL things sometimes are screwy.

Im bumping this to see if anyone has any more input on the "double export" type bug. This is actually a big deal to me cause I kept wondering why my exports were screwy. Now I think I know why.
