Ok so an Indian kid claims to have designed a website using FrontPage at age 3. He's still not ten yet, and his site puts some of my college classmates to shame.

I don't know. I teach 11 year olds and some of them have shown me their personal websites. I would say this kids is light years better than theirs. (Unless you like random quotes all over a page that has "Yahoo Pagebuilder" monkeys following your cursor around)
