Should I tell someone their family member (99% likely) is a porn star?

Im almost 100% sure that a family member of someone I know is a porn star. Knowing the person, and possessing some intellegence that I got in good faith, I can only concur that a relative of theirs is a porn star.

But if I tell the person, it could backfire on me. I dont know what to do. This is a shitty situation.
