I posted this over at ootp, but I thought I might get a response quicker from someone over here. I preordered OOTP a while back and somehow since that time managed to delete the confirmation email with the order #. I have sent an email to the people at Viatech. I was wondering if anyone has had any experiences in dealing with their tech support. How long should I expect to wait before I get a response? I realize that I am paying for my stupidity, but I am terribly impatient and am looking forward to playing this game. I'm a sucker for hype, and I've been sucked in on this one.
