most imaging programs should be able to do this. I used Acdsee and just saved them one-by-one as bmps.

If you're on a Windows machine, Paint supports BMP's, JPEG's, TIF's, GIF's and PNG's, so you can just use that to convert your files. Open the JPEG and under "Save As" change the "Save as Type" to .bmp.

I downloaded a shareware program called Realconverter that can do 10 at a time, and I had 30 files converted in under a minute.

Irfan view or XnView would do it, but if you are on a post Win2K machine, you aready have Paint where you can convert (Save as) jpg to bmp.

FYI, using Acdsee you can just highlight all the pics and convert them all at once. :)

I LOVE this program. Used it constantly while working on the facepacks. I didn't realize it was still around. when I got a new machine, I searched online but couldn't find it, thought maybe it had been taken down. Luckily, I had saved a copy on my other machine, which I've guarded carefully.
