Warning: This story told is pretty sick.
Disclaimer: I am not sure if the name used for the STD is correct, he kinda guessed from memory.

Ok one of my brother's friends is 21 and he's not the type to make something up. So he starts on this story about his girlfriend works with this girl and she told his girlfriend a few weeks ago that she had these white bumps on her vag. So recently she went to the doc/gyno whatever to check it out or whatever

So they tested her, err whatever goes on, and the NEXT day the doctor shows up at her HOUSE with police cars. She's goin' nuts, freakin' out. The doctor asks her who she has recently had sex with.. and she named the only guy she did it with recently.

He told her she had mites.. how do you get mites you ask?

From having sex with dead people.

The guy she had sex with? He works at a morgue.

Guy's now in jail for 7 and a half months.

I hadn't heard it before, but it just sounded like something that would be an urban legend.

I think it is supposed to make it more believable that the guy has actually had sex.

Heh, ok I was just trying to make a point, like how do you describe that a guy you know pretty well through your brother is just not the type of guy to bullshit like that? Oh well.

Any story that starts "My brother's friend's girlfriend's friend said..." is generally in bad shape.

Since you guys don't know. Here's a brief history.

What is Straight Edge? (From www.straighedgelifestyle.com)
The straight edge began in the early 80's, a philosphy spanning then diversifying from a band called the Minor Threat, never meaning to start what effectively became a revolution.

The basic tenet of the philosophy centered on the issue of self-control. Straight-edge is abstinence from all narcotics (alcohol / tobacco / drugs).

The song Out of Step written by Ian Mackaye eschewed the nihilistic tendencies of punk rock, promoting the simplistic message "don't drink, don't smoke, don't fuck".

In America a common practice (in the late 80's) at all ages punk shows was to mark minors with an "X" on their hands so they couldn't by alcohol. As straightedge grew, kids who were older than 21 but didn't drink for ideological reasons started to mark themselves with the X in a show of solidarity. The X today is widely used for a sort of name tag for straight edge kids. A symbol for drug free pride displayed proudly on clothing and other items making it easy for straight edge kids to identify with each other.

Thus, sXe is written in short for straight edge, and kids typically mark their screennames with x's surrounding the name (my brother and 3 of his closest friends have hit that trend up).

Kinda sucks cause while I am out getting drunk, my older brother is slipping on his Straight Edge: Til Death Do Us Part tee, and so instead of connecting on a drunken level, I have to be sneaky all the time.
