It is a top down racing game, reminiscent of Super Sprint, but it is a network game. It is pretty easy to set up your own server. I thought this sounded like a good idea for some of us that like network games. Its pretty fun. Try it and let's see if we can get some people interested in a net game or maybe even a league.

RPI-fan and I just successfully ran 4 races. Very fun. If we can get a good group of us together and run some races, even keeping track of points, I think it will be a blast.

Setting up the server and all that was very easy. That shouldn't be a problem.

Im going to have a server up with a max of 6 racers for a while. You can join in any time and leave any time. The 6 max is because my upload speed is slow (cable) and I dont want it to become sluggish. The server's address will be: ********. Please use your FOFC name. Server will be up in about 2 minutes.

Took the server down. VPI97 and I raced a series. He roasted me once he got comfortable with his car. We should decide on a time and server when we can get everybody together. Any thoughts?

Got 5 of us together for a couple of 6 race series. It was a blast. This game would be great for us to make a league with.

What if we were eventually able to make our league into a tiered system, too? Im thinking something like a Monday league that plays on Monday nights of each week all the way to a Friday league. The Friday league would be the "Premier" league, or top league. The winner of each night would play in the next league up the next week. And the loser would get demoted, of course. Each weekly champion would be the winner of the Friday night league. Id say we'd have to have 30 people interested in order to do that, but it sounds REALLY cool to me.

Heh. I just tried a little bit of this game on a local server, and it seems like it would be an absolute blast to play with other people. Sadly, I'm procrastinating, and have been all day...I don't have time to try it out with others. But I'd be interested if you guys tried to get a 'league' going.
