TVP is actually pitching solid (6 1/3, 1 ER so far) and yet the Red hot bats can't fire up tonight, we're getting shutout by friggin' Tommy Phelps after beating the likes of Pettite, Clemens, Wade Miller, and Beckett this past week.

We must win, being the best team record-wise in the league is a great feeling, it's exciting to watch them every night, and it won't last, so this streak better go on for a few more games at least.

FUCK

As I am posting, Hee Seop Choi blasts one deep into RF. TVP is not starter material.

My rant is done, 2-0 Marlins. C'mon Reds!!!

PS Another basehit now, ugh

I always hated the Van Poppel refused to go to the Braves... all we got was some shitty hitter named Larry Jones.

7 innings, 2 runs allowed, I'll take that any day.

Yeah, God forbid Van Poppel give up two runs in seven flippin innings. Most nights, that's an easy "W." He pitched one heck of a game. But then again, so did Phelps. I think the Reds looked tired. That doesn't bode well for an afternoon game today.

The Cold War is over.

The Reds lost.
