Coach ratings question....

Are the ratings in red (Mot, Disc, Off, Def and Inj for Head Coaches) the ONLY ones that factor into that coaching position or just the most important?


Also, since I just got the game I can use any general info you think might be helpful to a newbie regarding hiring/scouting new coaches...like why a Herman Edwards clone turned down my $7.5M offer to re-sign with the Jets for $7.09M???

Yes, the ones in red are the ones that apply to that job. The others basically mean nothing for his current position. (That's how i understand it, anyway)

Jester, sometimes players and coaches will stick with their current club for less money.

Also, coaches apparently favor some teams over others.
