Alright,

For those who do or do not know. I work for an investor education company. I have never truly sat down and looked at what a customers look and feel and expectations are for our site. As I am part of the one helping in development for our sites.

We have a specific method we teach for investing to actually help and teach our clients to become traders on their own. We have specific signals and such to look for.

Well, I finally attended one of our workshops, and I figured what the hell I will try out our method, and see if what we preach truly works.

So before I enter play into the market I will be doing several things.

1) Paper Trading - Just fake old trading, seeing if my evaluations that I have been taught work. Before I truly start trading real money, I am supposed to have 100 trades a month, at 70% return for 3 months consecutive.

2) Attending classes on Fundamental Analysis and Technical Analysis.

3) I will be readin several books.

We also teach our students to play the options with Calls, Covered Calls, Puts, Spreads and more. I will slowly be working over these as I go through our home study course as well.

So, tomorrow, when I sit down to evaluate my first 5 to 7 plays, I will kick off my dyansty. I will include why I am playing the stock, where I see the evaluations at, and so forth.

My knowledge on the market before I took this development and project manager position was minimal, Buy Longs and Shorts. I did not know about options and other aspects of the market. I did not know how to read a chart, what Stochaistics were, MACD and Zacks Market Guide.

PLEASE NOTE* If you use anything I do, you do so on your own, I am not qualified to provide stock tips to others, this is just a brief run down on my foray into the world of the stock market.

Sorry about not posting anything yet, the plays I am making I will have a decision on and post them today at close of market as I am prepping.

I will be doing paper trades using our companies website. We are given $100,000 to play with. Remember my Goal is to have 100 Trades in a month with 70% for 3 months in a row. The minute I do this, I move into real money investing.

The stocks I have targeted on my watchlist are:

I have some set to watch for Puts and other set to watch for Calls. I will be placing my order after market.

I do know Ebay is going to be pulling a 2 for 1 stock split around July 21st, I am going to wait for it to drop to 81 before I buy my Options into it, unless of course it raises above 92, then I will be in there.

For the others, I am formulating my strategies today.

Ok two more trades to toss into here.

1) WFMI - they have hit the resistance, and are trending down currently. I am placing a limit order on put for the options. I am buying 5 contracts for July with a strike price at $2.10 per share. They have been trending up constantly, and have changed their support and resistance several times as their moving avg has been growing. This would have been a could stock to start into about a year ago from my research.

2) CECO - I pulled this one off at Market Price. Another option, another put. I am buying 5 contracts for July with a strike price of 70. My cost is $3.30 per share. They had a 2 for 1 split a while ago, and are trending up. This is another one where it is going to hit resistance in the next few days, and will start heading down towards support.

PLEASE NOTE* If you use anything I do, you do so on your own, I am not qualified to provide stock tips to others, this is just a brief run down on my foray into the world of the stock market.

With the market being closed today, I get to research and eyeball my stocks I want to trade on on Monday.

It looks like I will get my $2.10 price for the strike of 85 on WFMI. CECO is climbing right now to resistance, but it will pan out. I will play this one for another week as it drops to my put range.

As for others, I will key them up over the weekend.

Alright,

With the Boss in town, and football playoffs happening, I haven't had time to sit down and focus on this. However, I do have an update.

I played the puts on CECO, cost was $3.50 per share, I bought 5 contracts (500 Shares for $1750). Well, I am now in the positive and holding out a little longer.

Right now, my profit turn on this is at $12.00 a share or $6000. minus my initial investment and commission, I am ahead $4,230.

Not bad, for my first stock played.

As for WFMI, it reported a MACD positive breakout yesterday, and it doesn't look like it is coming down anytime soon. So I may be holding onto this one for the month I have the options, and taking a hit. We will see in July.

Now the boss is gone, and depending on my sunday, I should have 2 to 3 more to play.
