She admits in the article that she w sjobbing him. According to her, he came in and complained that he didn't get his order. She asks about his receipt, so he goes out to the car to get it. When he comes back in, she tells him they are closing and than tries to leave. He shouldn't have tossed the Chalupa, but I got to admit, it seems like she was being a real classic a$$hole.

Not that this is an excuse, but there's no way she handled that properly. I have to think that responding to a customer complaint by telling the customer that the store is closing, is not what management would expect. Just give him a 25 cent taco and be done with it.

With as badly as Ive been treated in some fast food joints, I can understand where this dude is coming from. I've often contemplated making a scene when they just totally fuck your order up, or it takes too long. But I remember the cardinal rule......never fuck with the person who makes your food, or has access to your food.
