Import from 4th to 2k4?

I have been play the 4th edition of FOF for quite awhile and hate to abandon all the work, but in turn tempted by some of the new features of FOF 2004 which brings about my question..................can my league in FOF 4th ed. be imported to FOF 2004?

Well...I guess the next question is .....is 2k4 worth abandoning my current league in the 4th ed.. Is there a significant change?

I think most people feel 2k4 is a considerable improvement over 4th Ed. I would update to 2k4 if it were me.

Especially with multiplayer, which despite some issues, brings a whole new dimension to the game...
I was skeptical (sp?) of MP at first, but I am really loving it !
