well, im a sucker and i went ahead and bought the clubhouse today. not really to display my team to other people, but rather to look at some of the stats it offers for myself.

anyway the most interesting and surprising stat for my team personally that i never realized is that in 43 league matches i shut out my oppenent 21 times(48,84%). and that i had 6 shut outs in a row. i train defense have only played in div 5 and 6, so i guess that stat shouldnt be as surprising. but i was personally impressed.

Anyone else have any interesting stats they want to share?

hey, it's not as ugly as you are saying. I thought everybody was stuck with the green banner that says "Hattrick clubhouse", now THAT is ugly... I like the heading of the page :)

quick question, did you have to enter all the matches one by one, or is it now possible to do it in bulk?

thanks, thats just my ht-arena site banner.
and no, you arent stuck with the standard color and header in clubhouse. you can change all that around.

it gets like the last 5 or 6 or something in bulk. then you have to enter match ids individually after that.

ouch, with my 130 some matches that'd be a ton of id to enter...

I'm doing this this afternoon, and finding it to be surprisingly tolerable. You do get a good deal of reward for entering all them in, at least - very nice presentation of the progression of your team over the years.

Will let you know exactly how long it ends up taking when I'm finished...

thanks, I'm curious to know.

I did pull all of my team's back ratings by copy/paste for my excel spreadsheet, twice, so it's not like this ID entering thing would really hurt me. You can always do it little by little...

Alright... got some free time at work, and entered everything in...

I'd say it took somewhere between 60 and 90 minutes - closer to the former, probably.

That was for 127 matches minus a handful that I was able to pull automatically.

There wasn't much clicking involved - in fact, I'm an idiot. I just realize I could have shrunk the window sizes and avoided Alt-Tabbing 254 times. The nice thing is, you don't have to actually click on your old matches to get the ID - if you just highlight them with the cursor, the Match ID shows up in the status bar.

Pretty painless; I'd recommend it, generally.

okay RPI, you are hired... I need someone to reenter all my matches into my HAM. Only 2 years worth...

For some reason, it doesn't on mine. I think my thing is screwed up somehow.

Heh - the irony is that my job is data entry. Except I was entering data for "pleasure" while at "work".
