Yeah, that's usually not a good thing Jeff sounds like you played match of the season too many times. The only way to effectively raise team spirit is to play it cool.

Jeff, I did that when I first started by hiring on too many coaches. I had 11 total, completely by accident, but it just destroyed my team's TS for ever.
