Shorty, it seems we cannot connect. Last year's version had the same problem if both players were using a router. Are you using one? I suppose I can always disconnect mine for a game.....and why are you not on AIM?

i finally figured out how to hook up my router to my PC, no more logging off the PC to use PS2 online, now i can do both. i had picked up my router - a good one - Linksys - off my bro-in-law for cheap, i wasn't able to figure it out so i put it on the shelf for about a year, since i bought it for cheap it didn't bother me to not use it. i finally got tired of showing the wife how to connect the PC to the cable modem (i'd sometimes forget to hook the PC back when i was done with gaming) so i dusted it off and gave it another go. works. i love it.
