Good game RainRaven. The lack of Edgerrin James was really hurting you, as my defensive roster let me play a bit soft and still stop Rhodes most of the time. Then when Rhodes went down at a critical juncture, that didn't help any.

That fumble just killed any chance I had in the 2 quarter, with the Rhodes injury that crippled me further. Edge has a quicker burst to the hole then Rhodes and with him gone my running game suffers. Good game though and I hope you didn't think I passed too much from the second quarter on, I just felt like my running game was shot at that point due to the circumstances and that Manning was my best shot.

Nah, you could have thrown on every play and it would not have surprised me (you actually caught me off guard with some of the runs). That fumble was a killer, as it let me get in another TD before the half and set a lead that was hard to come back on.

The football gods did punish me when I was up 21-3 and tried a pass for the endzone down deep in your territory. Nice pick...

What I learned last week with the Jeeber / Flasch incident is that I have to manually roll over the league to the next week, even once all the games have been played. So we're apparently not stuck with the weekly deadline. I still encourage everyone to play the games as soon as they can, but if we go over a bit it looks like it is okay.

Good game Foz... You controlled the ball most of that game but some how with the Turnovers and that one long pass I kept ahead on the scoreboard...

I am not sure what just happened but the game was recorded as 0-0 as opposed to the real score (20 something - 3)??? I was credited with a win but I am not sure why it didn't count the stats and the real score???

Dola - it must have only counted that first game where we got disconnected after the 3rd play... They credited Lewis with 10 yds rushing Boller with 11 yds passing and Heap with 11 yds receiveing on the league website and that is it??? Oh well at least I got the win but dang my guys could use those stats...???

According to the website, New England disconnected, so it gave the win to Baltimore. Where did the second game come from? Did you play it from the league lobby? Did it show each other as your next opponent? It looks like it considered the second attempt as just another online game.

Good game, Flasch. Just never could get it going offensively, although I really wasn't happy about jamming on the button on those last two plays and having Favre stand there waiting to get assraped. Doubt it would have made a difference, though. The way you shut down Favre's passing game all night, you deserved that one.

Flash, my guys didn't drop /that/ many passes. It was more your defensive backs doing a great job of batting the balls away.

I did get raped on that 3rd and 1 ballspot, though. He was over the line, they called it 3rd and 1, so I tried again; in retrospect, I challenged the wrong call. But Green was all I had goin' for me; I think the only way I win that one is if, on my second-to-last drive, I had completed one more first down, then MAYBE Longwell kicks a FG.

What killed me (in the "aw, DAMMIT!" sense) was how many times I caught the ball and had your tackle knock it loose, compared to the other way around.

Okay, apparently it won't determine a winner or give a draw, I have to actually pick a winner for the 3 games that are left. So here's the deal: I'll give until the end of this weekend, and then I'll flip a coin for the three remaining games. Current matchups are:

knsmith vs. EaglesFan27

If someone checks in here and there opponent doesn't, I may be inclined to give them the win as I want active owners. If we have this issue again with the next round, I'll start booting the inactive people (those who did not play this week and don't play next week and who do not show up in this thread).

And next time we'll do a tournament league. Or if enough people think this one is dead, I'll start a tournament league and kill this one off.
