Yesterday, the Kickers dumped their solid/wretched coach, in favor of a new solid/weak. The new coach still will be an attacking coach, as in the past.
That is all. :)

Really wanted a solid/inadequate, but couldn't bring myself to part with $1.1 million.

transfer in a future coach. You are wasting money big time hiring a coach externally

If a solid/inad is $1.1M

take a weekly salary of $800x16 weeks=$12,400
transfer price of a solid/inad player=$450,000
cost of making the guy a coach=$I don't know

All in all, it's more expensive, but perhaps not prohibitively so if you really need a new coach this season, and don't have one to promote.

to make a solid coach from a guy that has solid leadership is around 784k USD. leadership is not factored in the price for internal promotion.

There you go then. If, in fact, you couldn't get a solid/inad guy for less than around $375k, you'd most likely be better served recruiting externally.

Note: all of this is based upon the above assumptions. I've done zero research.

there's no reason to tranfer in a solid exp player when he is going to be on the team for a month. I'd rather grab a passable that plays and gains exp
