NEW York twins Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen apparently won't be hanging out in the dorm with other students when they begin studying at New York University in September.
The New York Minute twins are spending $7.3 million ($10.27 million) on four connected penthouses in Greenwich village and will transform them into a huge uni dorm, The New York Times reports.
The 18-year-old stars will be able to saunter from their new pad to campus, which is right near by.
The 15th-floor luxury apartment will have two master bedrooms, each with an attached study, bathroom and walk-in closet. The bedrooms alone will be bigger than many Manhattan apartments.
The student digs will also have a screening room, kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room, living room, family room, laundry room and another two and a-half bathrooms.
"They love the apartment; they love the view," said the twins' publicist, Michael Pagnotta.
One twin will have a south-facing bedroom with views of lower Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty. The other gets views across Greenwich village to the Empire State Building and midtown Manhattan.
The Olsens will relocate from their current LA home in time for uni, with their classes starting in September.
