Overconfidence

My last 2 matches have started as such:

At the beginning of the game, TTR appeared to already have taken this victory to the bank.

and

Starting off, underestimation of the opposition made TTR players perform way below their normal capacity.

Confidence is wonderful and its a team that's ranked 6th in my series, so its definately overconfidence. So, is this a case of the 6.6 match engine being more descriptive, or bad luck?

Fire any psychologists you have. I don't see how it would be the engine being more descriptive as overconfidence has always been reported every time.

I have 3. I've PIC'd every match, including cup, except 1 this season. Should I fire all, or keep 1 around?

Is it possible to get over-confidence when playing a higher ranked team? My confidence went up to wonderful after our 8-1 crushing of the #5 team (we were #6) and we play at home against the #2 team next week. I already fired my psychos.
