Just saw on ESPN that Gallery got injured at practice? I only caught the end of it, but it sounds like it was really serious.

I hope it's not serious...or I hope that Eli Manning gets hurt as well.

I hope its not serious either. He's supposed to be our starting tackle right out of the gates this year. I guess we'll just have to wait for an MRI.

I certainly feel bad for Gallery if it's serious, but...it couldn't happen to a classier organization.

He left practice with an elbow injury. X-rays came back negative. He's listed as day-day. It was never believed to be serious, espn probably tried to hype it up.

Heard the radio this morning saying the X-ray is negative. Most likely he's gonna join the practice today. Good news.

I knew this kind of attitude would surface if they ever let a bronco into the HOF. Hopefully it will be another forty years before another one makes it (maybe Shannon will go in as a Raven)

Yes, HoF players are the true test of the worth of a franchise. But hey, even HoF'ers have nothing on Super Bowl MVPs.

they should put Elway's teeth in the HOF.

Ksyrup, I would worry more about Plummer's completion percentage than Gallery's injury. I'd rather be taken out by an injury than just plain suck.

Broncos could be in some trouble offensively this year.

If he performs like last year, we'll be just fine. And if he gets injured, I'll expect the same response from you that I gave above.

When exactly did Gannon suck? Was it last year? Maybe for a couple games, but he was injured most of the season.

Nice Sun Tzu. I'm sure you're more of a 49er fan, seeing that you swing that way.

He was pretty damn sucktastic in the Super Bowl, for one...

Yeah, and for the 2 or 3 years before that was probably the most prolific passer in that time span.

Plus, its yet to be seen, but the word is that his arm is actually stronger than it was before the injury. It should also be noted that Norv Turner is more of a mid-deap passing type coach compared to Callahan which bodes well for a guy like Gannon who is so accurate.

Yep, along with 46 other Raider players and all the coaches.

Although nothing may come of it, word is that the Jets are looking for a backup QB, and Gannon's name has surfaced. Not sure if that's more from NY's wishlist or the Raiders are considering it, but...someone sure thinks he isn't a lock as Raider's QB.

I can't see Gannon doing that. I guess he'd retire rather than treck over and sit the bench in NY.
