It's summer, and they're on vacation. They do this every year.

Are they covering the Olympics at all? Also, does anyone remember Tony's "vacation" last year, lol.

The show os basically unwatchable with the parade of clowns they have had on there. I might not hate Skip Bayless quite as much as some, but he and Le Batard (and good heavens Steven A.) all make me appreciate the regular hosts even more.

Skip Bayless and Steven A. have to be the most unwatchable duo ever created.

Dan Lebatard is a babbling goon

I like that new "I Max". Mostly because there is a St. Louis bias on the show. That and Kellerman, like him or not, flat out knows his stuff.

I've never watched Max Kellerman, and never want to, based solely on those awful I Max commercials. His "it's just my opinion...but I'm right!" shtick makes me sick. You're only entitled to market that kind of ego when you've built up some cache. He has none, in my book. He's like a Jim Rome wannabe, wrapped up in an "insecure dork" package.

I agree with mtaystlo3, against my better judgement.

Yes, Kellerman is completely full of it and a total New York homer. But that's all par tof the show--we're supposed to hate the guy.

Some of the jokes are stupid (well, hell, a lot of them), but all three guys get in some good zingers on one another, and the debate points format is an interesting approach.

I enjoy hearing the opinions of all three as well (even when it's Max spouting off), and they pick good topics in their roundtable. I also enjoy the guest spots they have, especially when the guy the pick gets into the competition (like Jesse Ventura last week, that was funny stuff).

I still laugh when I think of a hate mail Max got (he is forced to hear hate mail at the end of the show if he loses) a month ago or so where a fan said he could easily be replaced by a machine just spouts off "Jeter!!!" in a Bronx accent. Ouch, right on the mark. ;)

It's a fun half hour, although I don't know that you will learn much you don't read in the sports news. I would say ignore the egotistical commercials and give it a shot.

Oh yes... but everytime I've watched it, the 'World' is mostly represented by Michael Holley from Boston. Can't we get some other hosts out there? I mean Kellerman must know other journalists from his stint at AtH (better with him than with Stat-boy, btw). Boston isn't far enough to be the 'World' all the time ;). Perhaps an LA guy?

I agree they could use getting someone more West Coast (probably best provided by St. Louis native Bill Wolff), but I find Holley isn't so bad for this role. He's more of the straight man to Kellerman's in-your-face stuff and Wolff's wisecracking. He is a Boston homer, but it isn't so easy to tell if you didn't already know it, as he argues pretty intelligently on his points.

Plus, a journalist with braces and long hair? Could there be a better butt of jokes (other than the wimpy Rome-wanna-be Kellerman himself that is).
