FOF 2k4 Bug?

OK this is a first for me. Unless I'm doing something wrong, when I click on the Personnel-I Formations link, I get the Roster Attribute Box. All other Formations seem to come up ok. Anyone else notice this?

I remember something like this happening, but I believe it was fixed by an update. Do you have the most recent version?
