Are there any leagues that don't have openings? Seems like theres too many leagues out there, as a few posts have said they have upwards of 8 open spots. Just an observation.

We rarely have openings.....only when an owner stops responding do they have to get the boot like in this case. We have 26 - 29 exports / week. I think that the better leagues, the ones with longevity will eventually rise to the top. Like the USFL....Ill run this forever, gonna dedicate a whole computer to it when I get my new one.

It's quite annoying seeing "openings in the USFL" threads crop up every couple of weeks...

what is the point of having the multiplayer recruiting board?

How annoying is it? It truly affects your life? I had no idea that this message board held so much power. I wont stop recruiting for new ownership when it becomes necessary unless one of the Mods. tells me that posting openings here is so terrible that it shouldnt be done. Thanks though


BTW - its common for leagues to have openings on occasion. IT doesnt reflect the wuality fo the league, be it the CFL, the IHOF, the WigFL or the USFL....theyre all good leagues, so if you havnt joined one, I recommend you do as it makes the game "brand new" again.

I would understand if it was an everyday thing, or even every week, but Flasch isn't doing that.

Of course I am biased because as I have said before, even though I do most of my posting for members in the MP forum, i think more people see it here and you get a better response usually. I filled up my league (minus the one spot still open) by posting mostly in the MP forum, but the 2 times i posted here i got 2-3 members on that same day or the next day. Anyways...thats my ramble.....

At this point has the league gone over a full turnover yet? Sure seems like it.

thanks - actually we pretty much have 20 or so of the same owners we started with, or at least very early ones then some new people who have hung in and now a few that turnover. Eventually, as with all leagues, the bad or inactive owners, will flush out and youll be left with a solid fraternity of participating owners.


Shouldnt everyone be supportive of all the leagues as they only help the community....I cant believe that I feel like Im on the defensive.

The reason I did not post about my openings in general disucssion is becuase skyDog moved a thread that here over to the Matchmaking forum. To me, that said do not post here anymore. It would probably get more hits overe here, but it is not going to get lost in the shuffle over there.

To reach the general discussion audience, I put something in my sig advertising our openings.
