Question for FOF vets............

I was new to the game with the version last year. In the past, when have new versions of FOF come out? Is it always at the beginning of the NFL season, during, after, or does it really matter? I'm NOT asking if a new version is impending anytime soon, I'm just wondering how often to check back. Since the NFL season has started, is it a safe bet a new version is not coming out anytime soon, or have versions been released at all times of the year?

FOF Classic - August '98
FOF2002 - August '00 (could have been September; who cares?)
FOF4 - October '02
TCY - July '00

I think, with the release of the latest patch for TCY, a new FOF is more likely, and it could come anytime before the end of the year.

FOF2002 was horrible. Like that movie that gets dumped in the middle of the fall, and they hope nobody notices how bad it was. Im talking to you Sky Captain!
