Does anyone have any good recomendations on football books? I am looking for books that get into the deep strategy of the game. Obviously, I know alot about football - but, as forementioned, I want a book(s) that is going to get in to depth about each ssytem of play, both on offense and defense.
Anyone read anything useful?

I've got a couple of recommendations here, but before I go into any detail about them I'm gonna hook you up and figure out their page per dollar value.

Well, there are a lot of systems and a lot of books on those systems. 1 book per system, basically. Looking on Amazon you'll see a lot of books like "The Bunch Attack", "Coaching the Multiple 4-3", "Coaching Football's 46 Defense", Football's Quick Passing Game Vol. 1".
There's a bunch of them. Take your pick. :)
EDIT: If you are really serious about it, what I would suggest is buying a book or two on coaching each specific position (QB, RB, WR, OL, etc.). Then start buying books on the systems. (This will cost a lot of money. There are a lot of football books out there, most of them very useful)

It's a little off the main track of 'football strategy', but The Hidden Game (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0446514144/qid=1095221640/sr=1-1/ref=sr_1_1/102-5436225-5464113?v=glance&s=books) is an excellent but slightly dated analysis of football statistics. Some chapters are filler and can be passed over, but there are a half dozen chapters that are pure gold. Highly recommended.

For a current effort in the spirit of The Hidden Game, check out Pro Football Forecast (http://www.footballproject.com/book/). Its put together by the folks from Football Outsiders and The Football Project (formerly know as Pro Football Prospectus), and has some really nice statistical analysis of the game, plus extended articles on every team.
