Demolition Man and Scott Peterson?

Talk about errie, I'm watching Demolition Man on TNT and when she brings up the list of parolees before the MDKs (murder death kills) they list of a couple names and one of the one's before Simon Phoenix's (Snipes' character) is Scott Peterson. Was someone clarvoyant?
