NEED ROSTERS & HELP WITH FOF 2004

i just got FOF 2004 i need the Real player current rosters witch i think i just downloaded but how the hell do i install them ive tried everything can someone please tell me where to get the rosters and how to install them please

download that and save it on your desktop.

Then when you start a new game, click on the option to use an alternate player file to start, and select the realname.fdt file off of your desktop. REALLY easy to do.
