And Milton goes Postal!

5 runs in the bottom of the ninth to win 5-4!

Not a great comeback...a ridiculous meltdown by the Rockies. Seriously...you can be as much a homer as you want, but the Dodgers playing well had next to nothing to do with that comeback. The Rockies sucking (more aptly, the Rockies bullpen sucking) had MUCH more to do with that comeback than any talent on the Dodger's side of things.

Vince, all the four walks did was make it 4-1 instead of 4-0. Werth and Finley still had to put the bat on the ball, and more importantly, hit safely, in order for the Dodgers to win that game. That has nothing to do with homerism, those're just the facts. Now, if the Rockies had walked 7 or 8 straight like the Dodgers did against the Pirates earlier this season, then that's another matter entirely.

Chacon sucked, yup, but he also wasn't the guy who gave up the two-run double and the two-run single.

For what that's worth, the game might never have gotten to that point if Jamey Wright hadn't done such a good job shutting down the Dodgers once we had bases loaded or runners on 2nd and 3rd (which he did a total of four times, I believe).

No, you can't give the Dodgers 100% of the credit for that comeback, but let's be fair, here - Werth and Finley deserve some kudos for delivering in the clutch when the Dodgers needed them, because up to that point in the game, nobody had been getting hits with RISP for LA.
