My fellow FOFC members such as Peregine, Izulde, and others have inspired me to start a "Dynasty" following the players that come from one high school for several years. I have chosen Lorain - Clearview HS in Ohio, located in NE Ohio near Cleveland. Closest colleges are Akron (42), Kent State (42), Toledo (73), Bowling Green (76), Eastern Michigan (92), Michigan (98), Ohio State (110), and Pittsburgh (135).

You know... this is sort of ironic, because I thought about doing something similiar with my dynasty... Only what I was going to do was put in a player for each position of my HS alma mater (Park High School in Racine, Wisconsin) and see how that went. Then I realized a) that'd be too ambitious for my first dynasty and b) I don't know yet how to edit in players.
That said, I'm glad you started up this dynasty and I'm really looking forward to seeing how this turns out :)

Projection: 1) Columbia, 2) Penn
Hancock, S
Nothing new to report for Hancock.

WEEK 9
Gardner, RB
Personally, I think Colin jumped the gun in signing with Columbia but he did it. He could have waited as he was starting to get more attention. Columbia is 4-3 and they run the run-n-shoot offense. Does not make sense but its his choice, he could possibly start there next year as there #1 running back is graduating.
Signed with Columbia (SCE)
Hancock, S
Did not get the job at McDonald's either.

2004 SEASON END
Gardner, RB
Columbia had the 120th ranked recruiting class out of 125 teams, less than impressive.
Signed with Columbia (SCE)
Hancock, S
Hancock may walk-on at a Division 1 school, but more than likely he will go Division 1-AA and be lost.
Michigan had the nation's best recruiting class, UCLA won the National Championship, Darrin Guy (QB) of Georgia won the Player of the Year Award.

I would be surprised if Gardner didn't get less carries this year, Duncan is pulling away ratings wise.

Yeah, if not I may scrap this one and go with a Toledo City Schools one. Instead of doing one school do a town. There have been a couple Lorain City schools with players but none from Clearview.

I remember one TCY dynasty I had, one school in Elicot City Maryland, ALWAYS had a Top 200 player nearly every year and a few times more then one. I would recruit that school every year. I know it's random, but it was nice to see always
