I was wondering where I can download whoever's roster update for this season. I am doing a dynasty with FOF/TCY and I could really use it. I know there is one somewhere but I searched and came up empty. Thanks in advance!

That's not the newest, I don't think. Icy is hosting a newer one created by Hobbits. Check the reference thread at the top.
