I'm interested in joining a league that uses real players and real teams with modern finances. I just wanted to put this post out there for anyone who may be thinking about starting one. I really want to get in on the ground floor with a league rather than jumping into one several years down the road.

So, PM me if you're looking to start new. I'm definitely interested, and I'd be a committed owner.

I'm bumping this because I'm thinking of starting one using the newest roster file that Hobbits made. It's pretty up to date and looks good.

I have a few other people who are interested in joining, and I'm willing to be a co-commissioner as well as doing most of the start-up work, getting the file ready, rules, etc. I have two problems, however.

Number one: I've never done FOF multiplayer before so I'd like to find someone to co-commish with me who has and can show me the ropes.

Number two: I don't have a lot of web knowledge, nor do I have webspace to host a league main page or forum, although I could set up a geocities site or something if I had to.

I may have a guy who can do these things and co-commish, but I also may not. I'm still waiting to hear back.

If anyone is interested in either being in the league, or has the necessary skills to help run it, either reply here or drop me a PM.

The league would be based on realism as to the current NFL with finances, players, and cities the same or similar. I wouldn't be interested in a league where teams relocate frequently, if at all.

Let me know if anyone's interested.
