Updating this post...we need GMs for the following teams:

Arizona Cardinals (2-0) powering away with youth on defense and the WR position

Washington Redskins (0-2) an O-line and secondary that won't quit. Potential to be a playoff team yet this year but missing someone to game plan.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (1-1) last year's NFC rep in the Super Bowl. The defense is what you'd expect and Brad Johnson has 576 yards in 2 games with no interceptions. This is a championship contender now.

Seattle Seahawks (1-1) perhaps the best balanced roster in the league with $10M free in cap space. Some guidance and this team is a dynasty.

We started in 2003 and are now approaching Week 3 in the 2004 season. Plenty of time to mold a team this season and well before the trade deadline to start planning ahead. Lots of active GMs so reshaping a team is still quite possible.
