2004 roster files?

I searched around for a thread on roster files and found a few. What I am looking for is the csv version of the latest roster file. I like to add myself to the roster and I cant edit the roster files. I forgot that it had been changed in this new version of the game. ( Its been awhile since I played )

Anyone have the csv version anywhere?
