I would like to share a source of immense joy with you.

Tomorrow night will be the first Friday night I have had free in 12 weeks. I love my high school's football team, but this is one heckuva a silver lining to their first round playoff loss last week.

Back in HS I'd lose at least 15 lbs during the season.
