It's probably best to use the in game method of generating random rosters. Jim has expressed concern over the use of an outside utility to do this in the past.

I'd like one so as to set the inital salary cap. Once your 15-20 years into a career (with the cap starting at $80 million) the numbers simply become to high to keep track of easily. I like to start a career with the cap in the $40 million range.

I'd like to point out that the game is in no way designed to be compatible with third-party player file generators. It's no wonder the allocation draft created teams like Boulder.

I should have paid more attention to the league before it started, but that's one thing I would have screamed loud and long about.
