HELP: Virus causes me to Reformat my HD ! Lost TCY!

Ok guys last time I had to reformat my HD cuz of a virus was in late 2002 and lost everything. Now it's happened again and I lost all my Dynasties and franchises as well as TCY and FOFand of course tpb.
Now how can I contact e-licence to get a new license for tcy?

What I really hate is that I had a UNLV dynasty going on 25 years and all of a sudden bye bye. Oh well hafta start over now.
